2. Your Order Cancellation Rights

For Offline Programs (In-Person / Physical Classes)

You may cancel your registration within 7 days of receiving your enrollment confirmation—no explanation required.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method you used.
No additional processing fees will be charged.

For Online Programs (Digital / Virtual Courses)

Online programs are non-refundable.
Please ensure you read all course details, eligibility, curriculum, and requirements before enrolling.

If you discontinue the course midway, no refunds will be provided for any reason.

3. Conditions for Returns (For Physical Goods Only)

If applicable, physical goods purchased from us may be eligible for return if:

  • The item was purchased within the last 7 days, and
  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Perishable goods or items with an expired validity
  • Products unsealed for hygiene or safety reasons
  • Items inseparably mixed with other components post-delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns if goods do not meet these conditions.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded unless local laws require otherwise.

4. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the shipping costs and risk associated with returning any physical goods.
